The studio I worked with, YummyColours, revitalized Piercing Pagoda’s identity through a targeted approach. Starting with extensive market research in partnership with Radius Global Market Research, we gained a deep understanding of the customer base. This data guided us in segmenting the audience into categories like Trendy Influencer and Jewelry Expressionist, which helped tailor our campaigns effectively.
The project culminated in the creation of a comprehensive style guide that included new visual concepts and copy direction.
